How is Sabhya priced?
Sabhya uses workflow-based pricing: a fixed-fee pilot ($5,000–$25,000 for 2–6 weeks), then a monthly platform fee ($1,500–$5,000) plus per-workflow module fees ($1,000–$4,000 each), scaled by operational volume such as orders or invoices per month—not AI tokens or per-seat fees.
What is included in the base platform fee?
The platform fee includes the workflow engine, embedded AI orchestration, dashboards and analytics, security, audit logs, and baseline support. Workflow modules such as OrderFlow or APFlow are priced separately on top of the platform.
Can we start with a pilot before a monthly contract?
Yes. Pilot deployments cover one workflow, one ERP integration, and a limited production scope over 2–6 weeks at a fixed fee, so you validate ROI before expanding to ongoing platform and module pricing.
How does pricing scale as we add workflows?
Each workflow module has its own monthly fee and volume tier. Customers adding multiple workflows often receive bundle incentives—10% off for two workflows and 20% off for three or more on combined workflow fees.
